Fidelity Fulfilment Expands U.S. Operations with New Fulfillment Center in Utah

Fidelity Fulfilment, a third-party logistics (3PL) provider specializing in omnichannel fulfillment, continues to expand its presence in the United States with the launch of a new fulfillment center in Salt Lake City, Utah. This move comes as demand rises from both U.S. and international brands seeking scalable and integrated fulfillment solutions.


1. New Fulfillment Center Strengthens Nationwide Coverage

The newly opened facility covers 88,000 square feet (approximately 8,175 square meters) and is designed to support increasing order volumes across the U.S. market. Its location in Salt Lake City allows Fidelity Fulfilment to efficiently serve customers across western and central regions while maintaining reliable delivery timelines nationwide.

Looking ahead, the company plans to open another fulfillment center in Kentucky in 2026, completing a coast-to-coast logistics network. This expansion will enable retailers to meet delivery expectations from the East Coast to the West Coast through a single, integrated fulfillment partner.


2. Expanding Client Base and Global Partnerships

In parallel with its infrastructure growth, Fidelity Fulfilment has recently entered multiple global partnerships with brands including TRIP, Lapland, Sense Wellness, and Cocoba. The company has also expanded its collaboration with existing clients such as Podium Nutrition, Naked Nutrition, Sock Academy, and Artem Straps.

These new and extended partnerships reflect growing demand for fulfillment providers that can support international brands entering the U.S. market, as well as domestic retailers scaling across multiple sales channels.


3. Market Trends Driving Omnichannel Fulfillment Demand

According to Stephen Williams, Director and Co-Founder of Fidelity Fulfilment, market dynamics are evolving rapidly. An increasing number of European brands are entering the U.S. and are actively seeking fulfillment partners capable of operating flexibly across regions.

At the same time, many U.S. retailers are transitioning from pure direct-to-consumer (D2C) models to include B2B distribution, creating a need for logistics partners that can seamlessly manage both channels on a national scale.


4. Workforce Growth and Long-Term Strategy

Fidelity Fulfilment currently operates across the UK, Europe, and the United States and has achieved a 25% increase in headcount over the past 12 months. With the upcoming U.S. facilities becoming operational, the company expects its workforce to grow by an additional 20% by 2026.
