With a catalog of more than 6,000 products, Trixie aims to scale operations while improving service speed and customer satisfaction. Under the agreement, 3PL will manage inbound logistics, nationwide distribution, order fulfillment, returns processing, and customer service. The logistics provider operates from Grade A warehouse facilities and is certified with ISO 9001, ensuring high-quality operational standards.

  • Improve visibility and control across the entire supply chain

  • Enhance accuracy, delivery speed, and OTIF performance

This technology-forward approach ensures Trixie maintains consistent service quality while expanding across multiple sales channels, including wholesale, retail, distributors, and direct-to-consumer operations.
